Hey, I understand the ADC11 functions with SE inputs but is it possible to record simultaneously on 2 different channels one signal of interest (signal 1) and sort of a background signal corresponding to signal 1 and then subtract one from the other in a Picolog spreadsheet or an excel one? This is what I call pseudo-differential data acquisition.

Yes this can easily be done in PicoLog by adding a calculated parameter (A-B for example) that will appear as an extra channel.
