I have an application to monitor more than 8 points, so multiple units would be needed.

How do you use more than 1 serial unit? Is there a way to daisy chain them?

If I use the USB model, I imagine that I would need a USB hub. Is that correct?

If you wish to use the serial TC-08, then you shall require one serial port per TC-08 on your computer.

If your computer provides sufficient USB ports, then you would not require a hub for the USB TC-08 devices. If not, then you are correct.
