Id like to find a product that supports up to 950MHz, do you have one? I need to calibrate antenna strength in my RFID laboratory and would like to use your products but my antennae run at 900MHz.

Your application is not really an oscilloscope measurement, and it may be worth looking at RF spectrum analysers or power meters.
