Not sure which of your products would suit my needs. I do physiological data acquisition, up 16 channels simultaneously, though usually only about 4, sample rates of up to 1000 per sec, though usually 100 per sec, using "burst" mode if possible (e.g. all channels get their data w/in a few 10ths of msec). Simultaneous with this, I need up to 4 digital output pins that I can trigger in software to go high vs low in response to events (either user mouse clicks or software generated). Sample times would be up to an hour, though a couple hours max would be desirable. I want ability to view the data locally and at remote sites, using your IP transmission. I write programs in C++, in Windows, though could be LINUX or MAC.

The ADC-24 (http://www.picotech.com/precision-data-acquisition.html) could meet most of your requirements with the exception of sample rate. The fastest conversion time is 60ms per channel, however, it may be worth taking a good look anyhow (http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/adc20044.pdf).
