I installed latest software for DrDaq from your website. I have connected the hardware(DrDaq) to my IBM Thinkpad. The LED is glowing, but I'm getting an error that DrDaq not found. I tried to follow earlier messages in this forum, but they didn't help. My laptop has 25 pin female printer port only.

Please ley me how to get around this problem.

Thank you for your post.

With IBM Thinkpad laptops the printer port is sometimes not compatible with our parallel products as not all of the pins are connected. The easiest way to get round this is to use one of our USB adaptors and thus connect via USB to your PC. Please note that only our adaptors will work with our units.
