Hello,

I use a TC08 under linux with the programms provided in tc08.tar. My problem is that under linux, the response time is very long. For example, when I heat a K thermocouple about 300°C, and I put it in cold water, the programm under linux take more than 15 second to indicate a temperature below 20 °C. When I make the same experiment under Windows, the it only take 2 seconds.

What is the problem ? tc08lnx ? my version is from march 2003

Thanks for your help

Sincerely yours

Bertrand

Hi Bertrand

Thank you for your post.

I am not sure why the response time of Linux should be so much slower. Unfortunately we are unable to offer support with our Linux drivers, however we do still supply them as a service. There may be someone on here who can help you out more than I can.

Best Regards
