Externally triggering the ADC 212/3

Postby Guest » Mon Oct 04, 2004 6:44 pm

Hello,

I cannot use a 1 volt, 20 msec, 50 kHz tone burst to externally trigger the ADC 212/3. What are the minimum requirements for the trigger pulse?

External trigger level

The external trigger levels are fixed values. You can adjust for delay and slope but not level.

Positive slope external trigger level is about 3 volts.

Negative slope external trigger level is about 1.8 volts.

Your input will have to reach these levels to be compatible with external trigger. Hope this helps.
