To help us resolve the problem you are having; try to answer the following questions in your problem report:
- How often does the problem occur?
- Does it always occur after a particular action (eg saving)? ... if so which action?
- If there are any error messages, exactly what do they say?
- If there is a problem with the signal: what signal were you expecting? ... and what signal are you receiving?
- Have you tried recreating the problem on another computer / operating system?
