Essential measurement in EDC diagnostics for old TDI and SDI engines is to check a >HDK< sensor. Green pattern is reference signal (never changes 10kHz approx. 3.5V at idle and no loads). White patern is measured signal 10kHz with variable amplitude and counter phase. Amplitude depends of injection qty. adjustment actuator actual position.
