If you mean scanner functions, no. The Automotive Kit is a comprehensive lab scope kit with everything you need to do a wide range of tests on electrical signals and circuits. But it is not a scanner and does not interface with the vehicle ECU. You can, however, observe and measure all the ECU inputs and outputs directly.
