Hi,

We already own an ADC-100 and want to use it to log temperatures in the range of of -4F to +40F (-20C to +4C). Desired accuracy is +/1 1C.

What would be the least costly way to do this with an ADC-100?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

To use the ADC-100 to measure temperature you would need to aquire a signal conditioner that can measure the temperature and then convert this into a voltage reading, so that the ADC-100 can then pass the value to the PC. Once the voltage is in the software it would then have to be scaled back to the temperature reading.

Unfortunately, we do not sell signal conditioners that can do this, you may be able to source one from either of these:

Best regards,
