|
| I have tried downloading and installing the latest PicoScope 3224 software release (6.0.13). The installation appeared to go just fine, however, when I go to Help>About in an open application of PicoScope, it says that the release is version 5.16.2-32 bit. I've ried resarting my computer but it doesn't change. Am I really running 6.0.13 and the installation process just failed to update the "About" details? How can I tell if I am in fact running release 6.0.13 rather than 5.16.2? |

Hello Guest,
If you have both PicoScope 5 and PicoScope 6 installed on your computer, is it possible that you are selecting the 'PicoScope' (aka PicoScope 5) and not 'PicoScope 6' program?

...because that's exactly what I was doing. I just assumed that the installer would uninstall the PicoScope 5 files and/or overwrite them with with PicoScope 6 files. Its the simple things that get 'cha....
Thank you for a timely reply. |
