|
Hi,
I have picoscope software version 6.0.12.2
I have set all my scope probes up as X10 probes but the trigger level down the bottom doesn't correspond to the trigger level shown by the trigger reference point diamond. Is this a bug? |

Hello pgaastra,
Could you send copies of your psdata and pssettings files for the scope display to support@picotech.com for my attention.
Regards

Hello pgaastra,
The behaviour that you have observed is not a bug, but is instead related to the function of the probe multipler.
The scope display y-axis is simply rescaled to account for the reduction in amplitude that will result from a x10 probe, for example. The channel gain is not adjusted and therefore, the actual trigger threshold remains unchanged.
Regards
