| I have just purchased a Picoscope 2104 but it is not recognised by the New Hardware wizard in Windows XP sp2. I have downloaded the lastest software (Picofull R5_16_2), re-run the wizard but this has not solved the problem. I have tried this on two different PCs, with the same result. One of the PCs has just been re-imaged and has no anti-virus software loaded so that is not the cause of the problem. I've run out of ideas. How do I get this thing to work ? |

Hi and thank you for your post.
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see in device manager? Also could you tell me the exact steps you have taken to try and install the device?
