I want to Measure a 3.6 and a 5V system usign the ADC-24. Is there a way to do this?

Also, what is the sample rate of the ADC-24. I see the conversion time on the data sheet, but not a sample rate.

Thanks
Shawn

Hi

Thank you for your post.

Yes you can measure these signals but you will need to use a voltage divider to bring the voltage into the ±2.5V range of the ADC-24. See the following webpage for information on how to make a voltage divider:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltage_divider

The maximum conversion time of the ADC-24 is 60ms. Thus this gives a maximum sampling rate of just over 16 samples per second, assuming that you sample at the rate of the conversion time.

I hope this helps

Best Regards
