Today when I plugged my 3206 Channel A is showing 10.7V (no probe, no input to it). Could you please advise what is going on, is there a reset to this situation?
Thank you.

Hello Adel,

Sorry to hear of this.

You will need to return the unit to us for repair I'm afraid. Please contact support@picotech.com for an RMA number and procedure.

You will need to include your scope serial number and address.

Best regards,
Michael

Hello Michael,

Thank you for your prompt answer, I will send the unit for repair. I checked in the previous discussions and forums, and the same case of channel A freezing appeared on some occasions. Is this a hardware problem that need to be fixed? It would reassuring to know what exactly is causing this. My unit is only 2 months old...
Thank you.

Thank you Michael. I had bought the unit from Interworld and they made a swap with a new one. My unit has the S/N IAT0/033. When the unit gets back to you, would you please keep me informed on what went wrong, either through this forum/topic or to my email?
Regards.
