Hello,

I am using an ADC-20 and TC-08 to measure six variables and at the moment, after recording them using pico log, i manually copy and paste them to Excel for analysis. Is the a way to automatically import the data into Excel? It would be nice to do this in real time but I would be satisfied with just importing the data after recording has taken place. I guess that I could use a macro to do this but I do not know anything about macros and have very little programming experience. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Gareth

Hi Gareth

Thank you for your post.

There are 2 main ways to do this. You can use a VB macro to directly control the unit, or you can use a DDE example to get the data live from Picolog. The VB macro is available by doing a custom installation of our software. If you would like the DDE examples then please email us at tech@picotech.com requesting them and we will send them to you.

Best Regards
