PLW-Files not readable

I have PLW files here generated during many days of measurement. Now I found the pico player can not read some of them, not all. It is unclear to me why they are not readable, even though there has not happend anything irregular like PC crashs/HD trouble or network downs. What could be the reason and what could mend it?

I have attached one of the corrupt plw files, maybe someone has an idea.
