I use my PT104 with PT100's on 3 channels and a 0-2.5V single ended input on the last input. This works fine with my workshop PC but when I connect using my laptop the 0-2.5V input measures 3V with a 1v input.

Hello,
Your laptop may be using a switch mode PSU which is causing your interference. Try running the laptop on batteries to see if this corrects the problem.
