Hi

We, as presumably many users, have only USB serial ports not RS232 - we had a problem with the USB convertor not self-installing with or without wizard searches of the web(it doesn't usually come with software). We tried several USB driver online sources and none functioned except www.usb-drivers.com/136/136974.htm - so if you get stuck - try this.

Hello

Thank you for this. Manufacturers often change their driver file URL's making it difficult to keep up.

Our USB - serial device driver can also be found here:
