Hi

We have an Enviromon plus 2x ELO01 and 1x ELO26. It ran in tests and now is installed and running live on the screen, but there is no data being collected - ie visible on the spreadsheet/graph etc. The system was originally set up on one (XP) computer and transferred to another by copying the envimon and emwevent files (incidently, is there any advice for this presumably common process in manual?). I have compared all the config settings on both computers (the original computer DOES collect the data) and they are the same. The channels I want to log are all highlighted in blue on the channel selector - I don't know what else to do - help!

Hello.

If you have copied over the .ini and .log files over, enviromon will treat the settings as your original PC. Please check the default file download location. Also, you can copy over your old .rdg files for archive information.
