Picoscope 3424: Save as Text only saves Ch. A, NOT Ch. B.

Help!

My Picoscope 3424 is only saving Ch.A data in 'Save as .TXT' mode.

Ch. B shows on screen in scope display, but I need to process the data from both channels in Excel.

What's wrong?

BTW: I have collected Ch. A,B, &C in Picolog mode, but now need 100 usec/div. speed & 2 channels.

I think this is a software bug. I will pass it onto our software team to look into so that they can fix it.
