Hello

I would like some advice on which item is most suitable for digital logic and switch bounce spikes in circuit development.
I have an application with microswitches, timers, logic gates, stepper motors and relays, so I want to buy a suitable oscilloscope for the work in hand.
Having read your data I am not sure which of your items is most suitable.

Hello Tony,

Thank you for your post.

This will largely depend on the accuracy of the measurement and the speed of switch bounce.

Our range of scopes is very good across the price brackets. For example, our 2202 is a good example of a high spec scope in disguise. With a 20MS/s sampling rate and 8 bit resoultion, this scope is a viable low cost fast oscilloscope priced at £199.

The 3000 range of scopes move up a step with a choice of 8 or 12 bit resolutions from 10-200MHz bandwidth, you can pick the scope that meets your needs and budget. Prices from £399 to £799

If you would like further information or guidance, please email us at:

Best regards,
Michael
