Pt 104 error on channel 1

Hi

We had returned to us a pt104 that we sold to a customer 3 months ago, there appears to be a 0.2 degreeC error on channel 1, channel 2-4 are fine
and all the channels are programmed the same.
I have tested and confirmed the problem, I have tested with the sensors and also using our test rig, so it is not a sensor issue.
Any suggestions please.

It appears that the unit may have a slight fault on Channel 1. If you would like we can repair this for you. If you would like it repaired then please email us telling us and give us your full contact details. We can then supply you with a returns number.
