Tried to install 5.15.6 on two Windows 2000 SP4 computers but install only fails with "Please insert disk: 1" on both. I thought it might have been that it could not find the unpacked files in the windows temp folder, so i unzipped the software manually and ran the setup from a folder directly under the root drive. Same thing.

Didn't you trial run it under Windows 2000, or isn't Windows 2000 even supported perhaps?

Please completely uninstall your old version of Picoscope software and then install the new version. There is somethimes an installer conflict which should not be there with future versions.
