Hello,

I have some problem about ADC-16. Last time I could connected with PLW Recorder. But today when I connected againg it show that

ADC16 driver version 2.4
ADC16 Unit not found

I try to uninstall and again new install. But it still show the same
problem.

Thank you for your post.

It sounds like PicoLog is looking for the ADC16 on the wrong COM port. Please check your COM ports and try again.

Thank you for your answer. I already checked this problem.
I think this problem not come from using the wrong COM port.

I also install iPDA with another PC but it's still show the same problem.

I suspect at ADC-16 convertor failure. Is it possible?

How can I check this problem?

YOu will need to check the unit on another machine.

If it still fails, you will need to return it to us for repair. Email support@picotech.com for further support.
