Hello i bought a adc-11 after i installed the software i tried open the logger or the scope. The computer will then lock up until the p..exe somthing crashes the second time i try running the software it says it cant find the acd-11. Any suggestions i tried reinstalling the software.

Sorry to hear of your difficulty.

YOu will have to give us a bit more information. What version of the software do you have, Windows version, ADC11 USB or parallel etc
