We can't make work a DC-200 under 3 différent PCs (under Windows XP Pro):

- we try with a new Paralelle port PCI card
- we try all in SPP/Standard/Output only bios config
- we try with LPT1/2/3

We succed with two PC at a first step, but then it never works back and it always says "Error 5 (H5 S60)".

The red led is on at PC statup, then if fall off at the error message.

Any idea ?

How long have you had the unit, does it work on other PC's that are not XP. The PC's that it does work on our they the same model as the XP machines. If the unit has worked on a previous PC try it on that one again, if it now does not work the unit might have become faulty and need repair, please send an email to:

requesting a return number and providing contact details.

If the unit is OK on other PC's you may need to use the USB to Parallel port adapter.
