Hi. My high pulse measurements are less than the pulse width on a 3204. I can measure the positive portion of the sine wave with cursors and it is always ~25% longer than the automatic measurement. Has anybody run into this?

What is the frequency of the signal, what is your result and what are you expecting, could you send an example waveform. The more information you can provide the easier it will be to help.
