1)We using air circulated oven to cure resin of our product in production floor.
In the curing process, it is critical to monitor the temperature reading along the whole process of curing resin.
Our existing system in curing oven using individual tempreture recoder for each machine, we are planning replace it to Pc based temperature monitoring system .

2. We have 19 curing oven in curing room, each oven have a recorder. Each recorder has 2 sets of Pt 100 probe, one is for oven heating temperature and another is for room temperature while oven operating. Distance between pt 100 and recorder around 12 -15 meter.
For our Factory monitoring is running 24 Hour and pls recommend PC that can stand for it.

. And all monitoring data will keep in data storing device, where hard copy can print out only when nessecery ( We need to process the temperature data, before it is useful to us. ) So we need some technical advice and recommendation of best solution for our existing temperature monitoring system. We have a temperature measuring unit PT-104, which uses PT100, 2, 3 and 4 wire. Each unit has 4 channels. The maximum recommended length for the PT-100 sensor is 10 metres.

Since you have 19 ovens, if the ovens are close enough together you may be able to use one unit for two ovens, this will give you the sensor inside the oven and the outside temperature. The maximum number of units you would need in 10, or if the units are to be moved around between oven then less than this.

The maximum distance between the PC and the unit is 50 metres, however the cable would have to be sourced elsewhere and made of very good quality cable.

The Unit has to be connected to a PC at all times whilst in use, the software Picolog controlls the data aquisition and saves the data to the hard drive of the PC. In one run a maximum of 1 millions samples can be taken before a new file is create. The PC specification should be the minimum requirements for the Operating System that it is running.
