I am attempting to send data via DDE from the 1216 to DPlot, a graphing program. DPlot has a "Insert link option that asks for the key words as defined in PicoLog help > tech info > DDE.
I have the 1216 running with a temp sensor attached and am getting correct readings. When I do the DPlot > Insert link I get a error message "Cannot connect with service: PLW" Then it asks "Do you want DPlot to attempt to launch this service" > Yes > "Cannot find path to server application with service: PLW in the registry"

I'm lost ... any ideas?
