I would like to measure humidity up to 100%. Is this possible with EL030 and which probe are you recomending.

Hi the EL030 does 0-90%RH non condensing:

If you wanted a sensor that goes to 100% then perhaps you need to go to either Rotronic or Vaisala, this can also be integrated into our unit using the EL037 which accepts inputs from +/-2.5V, +/-10 or 4-20mA.
