I use the 4424 and 6403 scopes a lot, and some times after a trigger event, I would like to see the current state of the channels; so a button that would trigger immediately, and save the waveform without deleting all the other waveforms would really help.

Also there are times that after I set up my triggering, I would like to manualy trigger immediately a few times.

Also, it would help a lot; to have an option to zero out the channel inputs with shorted inputs.

BY the way have you tried to use alarm to capture waveforms when triggering?
