I would like to use my netbook to log temperature data from USB TC-08. For your information, my netbook is using Windows 7 Starter. Does PicoLog Data Acquisition Software compatible with windows 7 Starter? Or do I need to use upper version which at least Windows 7 Home to log data from data logger?

I am sure your Windows 7 starter edition is perfectly compatible with PicoLog. You can try the software before you buy the TC-08 by downloading the PicoLog demonstration software from here:-

I don't think you will have any problems but we do not have a copy of Windows 7 starter to test it. Please download the demo version of PicoLog to try it yourself.
