I need a Data Logger to put down a process line that includes a Hot Air Dryer and a Vacuum Dryer, to monitor the temperatures through the cycle. The whole Cycle will take about 25 minutes. Temperatures will range between 10 and 100 degrees Celsius, while the pressure will drop to around 5 millibars in the Vacuum stage. The parts that I want to measure the temperature of are placed in a basket and are picked up and moved automatically down the process line, so cable attachment to the logger is not a practical possibility, especially as the vacuum enclosure has to be tightly sealed
I have used, and still have somewhere an old serial ported TC-08, but that won't do here because of the need to have it connected to the PC and power supply.
I suppose 1 second intervals will be OK, with a resolution of 0.1 degrees. I need something that will store this data to a memory chip, that I can later download from. Also, as the whole Logger will be subject to the low pressure, it will obviously need to be safe at this low pressure.
It doesn't appear from the website that you have such a device, but I'm asking anyway, or can you suggest another solution to my problem or another supplier that I might ask?
