Hi we have the above system which we use to monitor various fridges and freezers in our company, recently we had to replace the computer the system ran on but since this date the data recorded by the system is not being saved. The temperature is shown in the monitor window and on the spreadsheet however if the PC shuts down or is re-booted all the previous data is lost, any suggestions, I have went through all the settings which appear just to be exactly as they were on the old system which worked perfectly, we are running on Environmon R5.2 32 bit
