I have an ADC-212 unit using Picolog R5.06.3 and I would like have it show GPS data as it runs. I have found equipment such as the Garmin GPS16-HVS receiver that seems like it would work, but I don't know how to make Picolog read it. Does Pico have some type of patch or add on software to do this?

Unfortunately, Picoscope and Picolog do not have a patch or add on that would allow you to us it with this unit. Even if you are able to get both to work together the way that the ADC-212 is designed to collect data is in blocks and then download the information to the PC. In this way there is not continuous data being sampled.
