Hi We use 3424 Pico and no matter what we do or which channel we use, the trigger is running all the time. Old version 6.2.20 doesn't do that, but we need to use the newer version due to numerous custom probe setups we have created with it.
Please provide a solution, thanks.
(IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SUPPORT ON THIS?? At least direct me to someone who can supports us...)

Version R6.3.43 does not have any problem with triggering on the 3424, so I think your problem is caused by the default setup you have on start-up. Please try going to File\Startup settings\Reset startup settings. If that does not fix it, then it could be a corrupted probe setup.
