Hello,

I bought two peaces pf the PT-104.
I can use them with winxp32, but not with winxp64.

If I try to install the driver I get the warning, that it is
not certified by microsoft. I installed it anyway, it seemed
to be ok (COM3 appears in the device manager),
but if I try to connect with PicoLog all I get are zeros.

Any suggestion how to fix this problem?

Hello,
I solved the problem with a USB- seriell converter of a different manufactor.

Still it would be nice, if the delivered converter would work, too.
