How do I go about connecting a Pt100 (2-wire) to a DrDAQ?

That is not a sensible combination. A PT-100 sensor is too low a resistance and varies in resistance by too little. The DrDaq will be unable to get stable temperature readings from it. Please use the standard DrDaq thermistor. If that does not have enough temperature range, you will need to choose another data logger.

Many thanks for the advice. I rigged up a thermistor( not a DrDAQ one, though) as suggested and it works fine. I've used the voltage i/p on the side of the DrDAQ but I wonder whether it would be better to use the proper i/p socket?

What you have done is the best way. If you use the DrDaq thermistor input you will need to use the official DrDaq thermistor which has an identification resistor incorporated.
