I'm having trouble installing PicoScope for my ADC-42 on Windows 7 64-bit. When I installed R5.20.9 the product list didn't have the ADC-42 so I installed as a demo with the "install for other devices" option checked. Then I changed the device to ADC-42 with File > Setup > Converter. When I restarted the program I got the error "adc1032.dll not found". I then installed R5.20.9 on a second computer running Windows 7 32-bit and copied the adc1032.dll file over to the first computer. Now when I start PicoScope I get the error "ADC-42 not connected".

The parallel port is set to SPP mode and both it and PicoScope are set to use LPT1. I also tried R5.16.2 but it wouldn't install on 64-bit, and R6.2.20 but it didn't support the ADC-42. Is there anything else I can try to get this thing working?

Hi unfortunately there is no support for this product on a 64 bit operating systems. These products were designed in the days of DOS and windows 95.

Alright, well I can run it in a 32-bit virtual machine if I have to. Thanks for your help.

Hmmm, post back here if you have any luck doing this...I couldn't get the parallel port to be seen by Windows XP virtual mode running under Win7-64.
