Is is possible to control two picoscope with a single page of the software to get a synchronized four channels setup (mainly for recoding)?
Thanks.

Hi
This is not possible. Currently, the only way to use two scopes with one PC is to run two instances of PicoScope 6.
You could set them up to trigger off the same signal.

How many Picoscope windows could be open?
It seems that two 4-channel 'scopes would be OK.

Yes, two 4 channel scopes would run under separate instances of PicoScope6.
