My new scope was not detected by this software version. (6.2.0.18)
It shows up in the USB device listing and I can un-install and re-install the driver to no avail. There also does not appear to be any device listing for a 4424 scope in the 'demo' listing. Do I have the correct version of software on my machine??
.dot framework is installed.
XP machine. (DELL DCCY)

Forget it. Apparently old software was shipped with the device. I downloaded the new software from the web site and that fixed the problem.

Correction.... even with the new software the device does not work on the desktop computer I want it to work on....
Are there even newer drivers some place on the web site??

I'm sorry you are having problems.

We have just discovered a problem that the software has with certain PCs and we are working to fix it. We should have an updated release of PicoScope 6 available for download on Monday.

The newer version of picoscope6 works on my older IBM thinkcentre but neither version of the software works on my Dell laptop or my Dell desktop.
I eagerly await the new release!

The new version has solved my problem on both systems.

Im having the same problem with the 4224. Software will not recognise the hardware. Is there a way to fix this? Using a Dell PC.
