Hi

The scaling applied by the maths channels affects only the signal amplitude, so it is not possible to do a phase shift.

What defines the 'T' variable in a formula?

'T' is the time base. You can see this by adding a maths channel equal to ''T'. You will get a straight line from (for example) -2.5 to 2.5 ms, depending on the selected time base.
