I'm looking to measure the following quantities at the column of an electron microscope:

- Temperature stability to 0.005°C or better resolution
- Relative humidity stability to 0.1% or better resolution

I'm looking for suggestions about how best to accomplish this. Also, do you have a specific manufacturer you like to direct people to for 1000-Ohm Pt RTDs to use with the PT-104?
