I need an oxygen sensor to verify the atmosphere before I open the door on a very large vacuum tank that is sometimes filled with nitrogen instead of air. Although I don't need to take readings when the tank is under vacuum, I would prefer not to have to valve the sensor off from the tank. Can the DD103 oxygen sensor tolerate exposure to vacuum (pressure down to 0.001 atmospheres)?

I am sorry but the DrDAQ Oxygen sensor could not tolerate this environment. It is designed as an educational tool, not for commercial use. I would suggest that you source a sensor from one of the following companies:

www.rswww.com

Once you have a sensor it might be possible to use one of our data aquisition units to record the measurements.
