Hi
we Just Having EL 005 and EL037 system .
the stem look ok ., But we face the communication problem Between EL 005 to EL 037 unit ! it will break down /hang ,in computer just not data .The LED light on EL 037 is Not blinking .
so everyday we Need to re do all the configuration of converter process .
then It work again .but it come back .

please advise

It is difficult to be sure from your description but it sounds as if you some form of bad connection between units. Please check all your leads and if correct email your contact details to the Help-desk where it is easier to process the return number you will need to get things fixed.
