Picoscope Automotive 6.0.15.0 running on Pico Automotive Quad 3423.

If I try to move the trigger point (level or time) while capture is running, the software hangs...

What am I doing wrong...?

I have been unable to duplicate this issue on any PC I have here. If you contact me, I can get in there with you and we can see what we can find.

Perhaps the Pico team here has seen this before and has some ideas.

Perhaps some more information for the Pico 6 team here. Is this a Vista or XP machine? PC specs....Processor speed, RAM, USB version, etc. Anything else that might be helpful.

I'll be happy to poke around in there with you and see if we can get a clue. Or at least gather some more information about the problem. If your not busy Sunday we could do it then too. Less likely to get interrupted ;-p.

This problem is resolved. Turned out to be a USB speed issue. USB 2.0 is required to use Pico 6 to its potential, or things fall down. An upgrade to USB 2.0 was the solution.
