ADC 12 does not measure properly

ADC 12 does not measure properly

When I try to use the ADC 12 it gives me always the same value for the measurement - even when the instrument for the measurement is not attached. I would like to use the ADC 12 to connect a fluorescence meter to my computer. This has worked before, but after installing the pico software to anothter computer it is not working anymore.

Hi and thank you for your post.

When you load the software is it actually detecting the ADC12? Have you downloaded the latest software and selected the ADC-12?
