Hi
I've got an ADC-212 oscilloscope and I need to connect it to my laptop running Windows XP SP2; my laptop has no parrallel ports but I've got a PCMCIA adapter card (RedChief model CBLPT). Running PicoScope I get an "ADC-212 not found"; looking into the documentation I find Picoscope assume standard addresses for LPTs port while PCMCIA adaper I/O intervals are:
- FEE8 - FEEF
- FEE0 - FEE7
How can I configure the driver to comply to PCMCIA adapter settings?

Hi thank you for your post.

I have no experience with PCMCIA parallel adapter cards and therefore cannot advise you what to do, however we do sell Parallel to USB cards that are designed specifically for our parallel port products.

Sorry if not enought clear in my first post; the matter is not about PCMCIA card driver but how I can change ADC-212 driver setting; that is to say instead of

LPT1 0x278
LPT2 0x378
LPT3 0x3BC

for instance the following setting on LPT3

- FEE8 - FEEF
- FEE0 - FEE7

Thanks

Hi and thank you for your post.

The driver will query the OS in NT based system for the parallel port base address. Its probably more that the PCMCIA card is non-standard in some way. We do not support PCMCIA parallel ports.

Kind regards
